Mark is much more than a Jazz musician. He’s a music director, educator, advocate, and the list continues to grow. Soon after George Floyd was murdered, he put together an award-winning short documentary film describing his experiences and response to the Black Lives Matters movement. Directed by Michael Ivan, the 23-minute documentary uses music and interviews to share a message that comes from the heart and provokes viewers to action. Follow Mark G.
